Actually unlike previous eras, where female actors were great dancer and male actors were terrible/basic dancers, nowadays it is opposite.

OT: Alia has love, respect, talent and best thing about her is she is humble and respectful towards everyone and grateful to her mentors. Which is why everyone loves her - Including God. Jealousy will take you nowhere. You cannot change someone's destiny.

People also love and respect Vidya, PC, Anushka, Deepika as they are truly Self made and did not enter the industry by dating a Married Aditya Pancholi like Kangana.

Ultimately, you will get Respect based on your general conduct and the way you treat those around - including your juniors, costars, directors, writers and seniors. By that parameter, even Rakhi Sawant has earned more respect n love than Kangana.
