I dont know what people on this forum do. but If you are in the real world, and work in business or any field, it is a painful when this happens. when privilege and connections put someone at an advantage when there are more deserving or equally deserving candidates who dont get the opportunity to climb the ladder and shine.

And if you're speaking of "real world", let me tell you there have been many times "people have used their looks, constant buttering or their flamboyant personality" to move ahead when they aren't deserving (-personal experience)! ... Hence, I really don't understand when you're ok with the likes of Deepika and Katrina using their looks and not Alia using her connection! ...
