Why do you think Dev is marrying Roop in Kalank?

So I wanted everyone's theories on this 😆

Dev is already married to Satya and from the teaser it looks like their marriage is a happy one.

When he's getting married to Roop, he has a stoic face and it looks like he's about to cry so he's obviously not happy with the marriage. Roop is also not happy with it. So why are they marrying each other? 😆😆

Your thoughts and ideas? I think he's maybe marrying her because Satya is dead? 😭 or to take revenge on someone on his father's behalf?

Dev is loved Zafar but later rejected his proposal as he wasn't into men.
Hence he married Zafar's love interest to make him realize how it feels to not get their love.
