But the Credit for the song goes to the actual composers.

AND both Alia and Varun gets the credit because they actually danced and made it more fun.

while in Kar gyi chull, the already famous song in North India. What Alia did was roam around in a party. And Sid being there low-key crushing over her😆

Hi, sorta new here.. 😆

I'm in the camp where I think she does make good of the roles offered to her, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they are offered to her on a platter in the first place.

She is a good actor. She also seems to have improved upon her dancing skills. The only area I think she needs to work on a bit is probably her voice modulation. She already has a very high girly voice, and I find that she sometimes makes it even more so. Also her weird nostril-flared crying has been pointed out many times in this forum, completely takes me out of her breakdown scenes 😆

That said, I do think she gets undue hate here. As an actor, she gets her due- albeit very easily, and she makes it work. 😊 And KJo isn't going to change this setup as long as she keeps giving him hits, which she does.

Overappreciated in Highway. For me Randip Hooda stole the show.

Under-appreciated (in the Forum) for Raazi.

She gets things on a platter due to Karan--- well she sure does

But Karan doesn't act for Alia-- she does

Karan gives her movies -- It is the audience who accepts her

The investors don't rake moolah because Karan gives them money from his bank account -- Audience buys her movie tickets and give them a return on their investments.

If anyone, it is the audience who is to be blamed for Alia being in Bollywood for so long. One movie or a couple of movies can be a fluke, but all Alia's movies barring a Saandaar doing well means that the audience thinks that she can act.

There could be a few fools and imbeciles but the majority of the audience doesn't spend their hard-earned monies on the movie ticket of an actor who they think is over-rated and can't act.

Real world agar Forum ko represent karta toh, Alia would have been out of Bollywood a long time back.
