I don't make any political statements because I don't follow politics. Politics makes no difference in my life. I'm not at the brunt of anything. I live a luxurious life. I don't have water, or housing problems. I don't have any issues, so who am I to comment on politics?

WOW I can even understand why he said what he did .. but wow, it sounds HORRIBLE reading those lines! ... It's like full blown dig at poor sector struggling day and night, section that has to deal with all those said issues! .. This comment is extremely vile if you really think about it!

and others for even organising an event in Pakistan after the Uri attacks. I asked her, how then, would she view her releasing #Manikarnika in Pakistan *despite* the same Uri Attack? Her response:

Her response is valid. She isn't the distributor... or neither the producer of that film. What gets traded between countries can be determined by the trade union.

I think she meant Ranveer and Alia here though before she went after Ranbir. They had the politics question during Gully Boy promotions.

Waise I agree with Kangana on this. A lot of folks feel this way. They've some money stashed abroad and will run away like rats to some haven. Country doesnt mean anything for them. And they live luxurious lives so innocents dying and all doesnt matter to them.
But full points to Ranbir for honesty. At least he's not a hypocrite who is one day on this side and the next, on the other. He's never said anything as far as I recall. Not like the Priyankas and the Ajujas and the Akhtars and Azmis always creating false narratives.

    Its an important discussion.

There's a belief that when you have a voice, a platform, then perhaps you should use that platform to bring attention and awareness to important issues of your society. Not everyone feels that way and yes, in a free society that's their right. But find a better way to practice your right to keep mum. Don't do so by being an arrogant a$$hole.

Ranbir's statement is incredibly selfish and just horrendous. He's basically saying poor people not having the basics is not his problem. So him being called out on it is fair IMO.

However, Kangana has so much baggage herself with her credibility that most of what she says gets lost in the media and gossip drama.

By the way in the before Ranbir she actually goes after Alia for saying she's apolitical at the same press conference.

This is the same woman who boasted about how she threatened the producers that she will stop shooting unless they pay all their dues to the workers. But Pakistan mein release karne ki baat aayi toh poor thing didn't have a say 😆

The movie was not shot then she did have the power to stop the shooting what can she do if the film is already shot?

Also once the prints are sent over to the neighboring country and the deal is struck what do you expect them to do? Do you think Pakistan will return the prints or cancel the deal because India, Kangana or the producers want them to especially if they are earning profit from this deal? 🤪

Release a statement that she is not happy with her producers decision of releasing the movie in Pakistan .

    Exactly!

She makes her moves soch samajhke...I wondered why she went after Alia out of nowhere...She went after Alia out of nowhere because GB was releasing right on the heels of her flop movie Manikarnika and she wanted her troll army to jeopardize the movie so that the movie wont put a dent on her movie, which I must say they tried their best but only to fall flat on their faces...😆

Now pata nahi why she is going after Ranbir...In a few days we will know!😆
