If you want to applaud people doing whatever they believe, regardless of whether it is right or wrong then you need to applaud Osama and Jaish too. Afterall they also are acting as per their belief.

No. A person can't say whatever they believe in.

There are people out there who gives Hate Speeches. They incite hate and violence.

You can't turn around and say if that's what they believe in, they have all the rights to say so. No. There has to be a decency. Public decorum. Responsibility of what one says. There are consequences. according to your logic, a hate speaker should be given free platform to incite hate and we should just wait n watch when riots happened.

We are not gonna teach our kids to be foul mouthed, liar, rude and indecent. It's not about belief anymore.
There comes right and wrong too. A bullshitter doesn't get a free right. And it has nothing to do with men or woman.
