HR vs Tiger was announced in 2017!!!Why is it dragging for so long?

Shamshera in May 2018.

What are the recent announcements.

YRF strategy have always been to release one big budget event movie with a top star every year. All their other movies are of medium small budget.

TOH is the only big dud they gave in recent years.
