Karan further said that he had never been so nervous in a narration cause he really wanted Ranveer to do the film. He basically gave Ranveer the carte blanche to choose whichever role he wanted out of Dara and Aurangzeb.

I have always been somewhat optimistic about Takht. Lets see.

I think kjo will aim for a festival release.

it will most likely release on diwali 2020, kjo said in the same interview that he is a popular film director but no one see's him as a 'great' director, he is making takht so that he can gain respect as a film maker in the industry and from the audience, he seems to be putting the most of himself into this film, he even said wen they start filming he doesn't want anything else to disturb him, he will be locked into the world of the film, he is taking it very seriously

he said he really wanted ranveer to do the film thats why he narrated it to him first, and if rs said no then he wud have been crushed

I always hear Kjo trying to get himself respected' and be termed as a great director, I heard it during MNIK too. It's sad because he undermines his two biggest films KKHH and K3G in a sense where he wasn't out to impress anyone but in his last few films I think it's all he's tried to do.

I have the full faith in egomaniac megalomaniac the most powerful man in bollywood wannabe, wannabe SLB, best director in bollywood wannabe Kjo. Still reserve my judgement on his directing capabilities. Very relieved that he did not write the script.

Kjo is a marketing and a promotion genius. He will sell this movie and make it a commercial success. Wheather he can make a movie that can catapult him in to the greatest directors in bollywood category, I still doubt it. I reserve my judgement for Takht though.

Ranveer is simply extraordinary when he plays historical characters. I like him in other roles too but he takes it to another level when he plays historical characters *sigh* no one comes close to him.

Is KJo directing this movie? he is no SLB so I don't know what he will do.

Omg...I am so longing to see Ranveer and KJO work together. Finally I am hearing atleast. I am sure KJO will bring the best director out of himself. I always loved his KKHH and it's one of my fave till date. Go Karanveer
