How could people tolerate something like Devdas? I couldn't bear it post 5 minutes.

I don't know about acting but they both looked absolutely stunning in Devdas.

Madhuri's performance was more consistent but Aishwarya wins it for the climax scene.. her running and screaming devaa with her sari pallu flying while doing tod-phod around the house.. and ultimately the gate closing and her breakdown at his death.. uff what an iconic scene! Aish totally killed it there 👏

😆 Madhuri by miles in acting. But Aishwarya is the eternal paro too.

And no matter what anyone on this forum thinks, Deepika is and will be the most celebrated Bhansali heroine ever. Nobody comes close. Her impact in those roles speaks volumes.
