This bit, I totally believe.

"I can safely say I'm the closest person to her in this world."

One of the reasons I ship them is because they are best friends and know each other inside out. Ranveer had mentioned in the HT Summit interview of theirs that he knows all her secrets. Good, bad and ugly, they are their true selves with each other. No one knows Deepika better than Ranveer and vice versa. They are extremely lucky to have found such a relationship in big bad Bollywood. Deepveer together united against the world is how I always wanted to see them and that is turning into a reality.

One of my cousin started liking Ranveer after watching some interview of his with Anupama. She was amazed.

She was like I never realized Ranveer is so articulate and well spoken why does he hide this side and act ott most of the time.She was gushing about his really good vocabulary and how engaging he was.

She was genuinely surprised when I told her he is actually very well educated. Studied in the US got a degree in creative writing. 😆

Did he major in creative writing? I doubt it, maybe he took it as one of his credits. His BA was in fine arts right?

I think some interview he did say that. I remeber vaguely.

He actually behaves more like someone who studied communcication tbh.

I do know that he worked as a copywriter in advertising for a few years. So writing is something he did professionally too.

Yes his majors were creative writing.
He mentioned that he has some stories ready if he really wants to direct.
