People will be dissatisfied with the story

I think director leaving and adding sscenes also messed up the product..

This is my prediction befcause: trailer is caricaturish.. many scenes look lifted from bajirao.. some actors really feel.. not right.. the whole plots seems rehashing of BM wuuth change of hero to heroine and a few minor subplots.

OF COURSE,... this is my predictiion. It could do more ..who knows..

Edited to add: this will do max 10-12 cr day one.. around same day 2 and day 3 eitherr goes good or crashes.

Don't see it. Hardly does a film turn out well when a director is replaced/quits mid-way. There was Barsaat in the 90s that did blockbuster business but that was two ace directors Shekhar Kapur & Raj Kumar Santoshi. I also feel, from the little seen in the trailer, that Kangana is a complete misfit as Laxmibai and will be crucified.

I feel the film is going to bomb.

The movie most probably will flop. There is hardly any buzz. Its completely dependent on wom. If good wom then will succeed. I do not have good feeling about this and the movie may not be good. Although happy to be proven wrong as story of Rani Laxmibai deserves all the success.

Never knew that Rani Laxmi Bai is the love child of Bajirao Mastani. 😆

OT : I don't think the WOM will be good for Manikarnia. Krish leaving the film in midway must have affected the overall product. Also Thackeray is not a small film either. Bal Thackeray has a huge fan following in Maharashtra. So Manikarnika will face a tough competition in Mumbai. Though their are still some hopes because of the patriotic theme.

If the film is made well then Manikarnika is in for a blow.

Also Manikarnika since it's teaser and trailer has been drawing a lot of comparisons with baahubali and BM, because of sets/scenes and shots which look very similar or same to those movies, which is never a good sign. The audience want originality, because in the last few years they've seen quite a few of these historical and fantasy dramas, so they'll want to see another attempt to be something different.

For the sake of the money that has been spent I'd like this movie to do very well, but seeing the buzz hardly there it's looking like an uphill task.

want this film to succeed, not for kangana but for Rani Laxmibai who fought for our country and gave up her life.
