Again, the movie MIGHT be successful but only because Ranveer and Vicky. I don;t believe script/character/directing will be as good as it should.

I wish someone would make a movie about teen kids and issues come up with it. SRK, Amir, Ajay, Akshay -- anyone can play father role with Juhi, Kajol, Madhuri, Rani or Vidya in mother role. SRK would be great as middle class father cribbing over his kids.

There are tons of subjects that BW hasn't touched yet, sirf biopic biopic kare ja rahe hai.

I think Irrran was one of the few who would do age appropriate roles. I wish more male stars do the same. That's the reason I love Vidya. She unabashedly plays age appropriate roles and lage haathon creates these characters of middle aged women on screen which earlier used to be missing. Same with Rani and Kajol. They are atleast creating some characters for the middle aged population onscreen. I remember Sridevi telling the same thing during English Vinglish interview that if she had made a comeback with something like Mr. India or Chaalbaaz, no one would accept her doing all that lapak-jhapak and hawa hawai dance at this age. That's why she had to come back with English Vinglish which was believable. That's why she even danced like how a usual housewife would do in Navrai Majhi despite being a fab dancer. So that it's believable.

For all the kind of shit that female actors have to go through in this industry, I think they are way more ballsy,brave and experimental with their film choices than their male counterparts. Think of 60 year old Rajni putting on a wig and romancing some 25 year old heroine in an industry where the female actor's expiry date is already pre-decided.🤢
