I'm with Shahid on this one. Even more than that SLB did a huge disservice to Deepika too. It was named Padmavati, marketed the same way but Deepika hardly had anything in it. What angers me more is that she faced so much on her own for its release but in the end has a role even shorter than Shahid and Ranveer. SLB sold the movie on her back and gave her the shortest end of the stick.

and deepika herself has never shown as dissatisfaction with the film, she actually still says now that her and slb hav this special connection

Shahid was still surprisingly restrained and not very bitter about Padmaavat. I would not have blamed him if he would have ranted cause he really got a raw deal. It was all SLB's fault though.

Shahid has all the right to be miffed... Its one thing to play secon fiddle and quite another to be completely sidelined.. Shahid did not have anything to perform for ppl to make a judgement as to whether he makes for a suitable rajput king..

As for DP, barring RL, she has been sidelined in both BM and PV despite the movies marketed on her shoulders... But she is too close to SLB to express amy dissatisfaction..
