Why would BW speak on it? Nobody knows what happened so what would be the point? It's better to stay quiet and mind your own business.

At least a lot better than what Dia Mirza, Sharman Joshi, Arshad Warsi and Boney Kapoor are doing.

I don't think anything will happen in the long run. Even the likes of Sajid Khan will come back in a few years. Smaller and upcoming stars always need someone to give them a break so they don't care about history.

@bold : so they knew what happened in the case of Nana Paekar / that Queen director etc... how come they were vocal then...

I really want to hear what Farhan Akhtar says now... other times he is quite vocal about women issues...

this woman didn't suddenly come out in media and accused him... she complained properly to the producers VVC and his company... that was 2 months back, maybe they promised her some action against him, but nothing happened, so now she went to the media, to at least get it out in public...

I had come to the film industry in 1965. After so many years if I am asked who are the most decent people you met in this industry over almost 5 decades, perhaps the first name that will come to my mind is RAJU HIRANI. G.B Shaw has said . " it is too dangerous to be too good -Javed Akhtar.

The way these men are throwing their great character certificates about him. As if he'd ever do anything infront of them to a woman.

Some of the writings here remind me the French movie "Masks" or the Val McDermid thriller "The Wire in the Blood". The own perception of a person is in no way a guarantee that one knows the person.

What I'm interested in the most, is the proceeding. The young woman sends an email to those closely connected to Hirani's work and able to react. But it is only when the mighty Fox gives a clear sign that they side with the woman, that the Chopras distance themselves from Hirani...a matter of money, it seems, not of moral concerns.
