This must be true. The woman went to VVC and Anupama first and they distanced themselves from Hirani and removed his name from an upcoming movie's posters. Hirani has been a golden egg for them and given them lots of profits. VVC is a flop producer without him. If they felt compelled to detach themselves from him, it means there is weight to the story.

No doubt that Hirani must have already tried to pay her off. This has been going on privately for a while. It was not something that he was suddenly shocked and surprised with.

The people that bring profits always survive honestly. He may have to let go of VVC and but he will come back on his own with a new movie and people like Sanjay Dutt will always work with him. The smaller stars will be happy to work with Hirani too even after sex abuse allegations. If he can make a hit movie with them, the rest of the industry will be back to work with him too.

Lets just say the the girl first approached the legal authorities/court, what are the chances that this story would've been allowed to even see the light of the day? Genuine question! 😕

If she filed a complaint first, she would breach NDA and a lawyer can easily ask a judge for a 'gagging order'. Some NDA are for a lifetime, some for 50 years.. so good luck to the truth coming out!

She'd be probably silenced and threatened with a huge dmg litig proc if she signed a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) when she started working at Hirani's (or whomever's) PH - most PH ask you to sign a NDA when joining.. due to need for secrecy et all. Depends how the NDA is phrased. If airtight, you cannot talk about ANYTHIGN -unless a murder was commited on premises. You cannot accuse unless you bring concrete proof ( my case) But then you cannot bring concrete proof because every time you try talk to others that might come forward they are also threatened to shut it because.. they've also signed a NDA. So your witnesses are gagged too. So then.. how can you prove?

So it's down to how good their NDAs are.. how good the lawyers- I'd guess Hiran i can afford the best. That girl - not so.

IMHO- going to the press yet still staying anonymous ( for now ) was best.. IF SHE IS TTELLIGN THE TRUTH. She might not have concrete evidence but the news spreading might encourage others to come forward ( if there were other instances).

They didn't have even an ICC ! ( internal; Complaints ) set up !

THey were..in a way .. producing movies but not respecting regulations.. so it's all odd.

Or this be a one off.

But he IS friends/works with Aamir, S Dutt and RK- some of the biggest womanisers /cheaters from BW recent past and present...Aamir has a history.. S Dutt.. too... just saying .. his friends are men that DO such things.. and it is usually a clique.. they do hang together ( from my experience).

Now this might mean something ...or not.

But they have dubious morals regarding women.. his ' friends and collaborators' ( add Boney Kapoor who just jumped to his defence).

If what you said is true, then no wonder they were clamoring about the complainant approaching the legal system first...Then they would've had a proper shot at completely shutting her mouth!

At least Dia and Arshad were vague about it but this Sharman is being openly dismissive about the victim...Unless he is claiming to be Hirani's thigh bone, how could he so sure what he does 24/7 that he is giving him such a clean chit?😳

This is truly unexpected but then most cases are. What you see outside doesn't necessarily means is inside. It's just pathetic that he makes movies like Munnabhai and 3 idiots where he is preaching about life, and on the other hand ..committing such a heinous crime. He used to be my favorite for the type of movies he made ..now not sure I can ever look at his movies the same way.
