Issuing a notice for trash talk on a stupid talk show is ridiculous. Only positive out of this is that this will make all cricketers weary about KWK and the possibility of Virat appearing on the show is next to nil. Thank god for small mercies 😆

Hardik came off as a complete Asshole ... But I'm not sure what jurisdiction does bcci have in this matter... Its not related to cricket in any way...

Also i think guys who trash talk should be called out... Esp public figures that influence the kids, so they know that this kind of thinking is not ok... .. But a "punishment" does not make sense bec he hasn't done anything remotely illegal ..

Exactly issuing a notice is stupid ... Just general condemnation from the public is enough... Though i did want to watch virat . .. I always watch his interviews with one hand over my eyes ..

I think The reason BCCI is taking an action against them is bcz it gave Cricket a bad name . Ppl are saying it's not a gentleman's game anymore . Jisko kuch nahin aata woh Cricketer ban jao or if you want girls become a Cricketer .

Like once upon a time no parents wanted their kids to join badnaam entertainment industry . I think BCCI wants to save the reputation of cricket

Whatever is the reason , this creep deserved it

Cricket is a strange animal in sports where displaying good character has always been part of contracts. Cricket boards have always policed their players outside the field too, even if it is irrelevant to their game. This isn't unique to BCCI and India trying to be sanskaari. Almost every cricket board in the world has done it sometime or the other.

Misogyny is constantly overlooked as long as it's wrapped in a sanskari package or indirect references. Hardik projected a playboy image but that's his life, as long as it's consensual and he does not harass or make them uncomfortable, it doesn't qualify as creep behaviour. And KL Rahul came across as candid and an open book, what is even there to bash him for.

Most of the outrage I saw on twitter was over them choosing Virat over Sachin as the better batsman, which is hilarious, one, maybe it's their genuine opinion, or two, they are buttering up the captain as we all have to do in our jobs. Big deal 😆
