So I was watching parts of last episode of KWK, with Kapoor siblings and I noticed how Sonam said that men who think or will call her aunty since she got married are sexist and misogynist while she is the same lady who called Aish aunty some years back for some reason which is beyond my logic. She has always been such a hypocrist.🤢

The trouble her haters will take just to create some controversies whenever there is positive buzz surrounding her baffles me.
Jesus, she is presumed to have said this ten years ago : there isn't even any evidence of it.
But even if she supposedly said it : don't people evolve and mature in a time span of ten years ?
Now let's talk actual facts : she has been constant in her support women empowerment and LGBTQ cause since several years now and not only she has been vocal about it, she's also been walking the talk. If anything she has been brave and she will be remembered for it.

This is what I was talking about. The so called woke twitterati peeps who always think she's walking the talk. 😆Praytell me why then she talks of MeToo and how we should call out people close to us and then constantly supports Salman Khan who beat up Aishwarya and harassed and abused her. Also Killed endangered animals and is literally a murderer. Where did the wokeness go then? Or does it change with personal agenda. Also calling Sonam out of everyone else 'brave'..

Aish acted as Anil's heroine for movies. What's wrong if she calls Aish aunty ?

Why is 'Auntie' considered so bad? I think it's an affectionate term. I mean everyone has to grow old some day. I think the word is highly and unnecessarily abused.
I understand if someone closer to age says it but then you can always prepare a sassy comeback.

Yes, let's hold her accountable for something she might have said (which btw she cleared up in an interview that she misspoke and respects Aish a lot) when she was young, naive and give all the men in Bollywood passes for assaulting/demeaning women for girls.
Also, since then Sonam has been one of the few that openly supports social causes, but yes let's stick it to her misspeaking years ago.
