This is probably one of those subtle reasons Simmba becomes so likeable despite his corrupt ways in the first half.

You guys should see how he blushes and moons and shies in front of Shagun. The way he pokes Mohile in fun and still wants him as a drinking buddy, the way he collects "families". 😆

about sara's short role, she obviously knew her part wasn't very long, i guess she did simmba as sort of a safety net coz kedarnath was going through so many problems and there was doubt about its release, but its good her debut was kedarnath and then simmba released, people cud see her talent through her first film and just enjoy seeing her in some foot tapping numbers in simmba, everyone has said she was good in her brief role and i think it really showed she can be a masala heroine aswell

Hats off to Rohit for coming up with this analogy...When I first heard of Simmba, the first picture that I visualized was of my innocent but yet ferocious Lion King and so glad to know that Rohit had also the same in mind...And how true is it today, especially for how Rohit has reintroduced Ranveer, the Matinee mass idol, to the BW world!!!
