Where did Lulia disappear to?

She has been missing by Salman's side for a while now. There have been family events and parties but I don't think she attended any. Salman is almost by himself.

The only time someone accompanied Salman it was Katrina during the Ambani Sangeet. They flew together and came back together.

Is it possible that Katrina won back Salman?

She has not disappeared. She is recuperating from Viral infection in Salman's farm house in Panvel. Few days back she was in Galaxy. Kat and Salman are PR couple now. She is for business(Films,Dabangg tours etc). Since Kat is not allowed in Galaxy and Panvel and iulia continues to live with Salman it looks tough for Kat to breach the Romanian wall and enter Galaxy or Panvel.
