Also scratch the surface and you'll realize what an idiot Bauaa Singh is. From mouthing filthy dialogues like 'hum bhi hil lenge uske saath' and 'lena hai humein' to not taking no for an answer and following Aafiya untill she says yes to his proposal, there's nothing sweet about Bauaa Singh like people are making him out to be.

Seriously when will SRK get over this chichorapan on screen? I remember seeing a trailer or song of JHMS where he was carassing some girl's belly button? When will these superstars grow up, act their age and do more respectful work? Launde lapde ke din gaye uncle!

Except Swades and to some extent Dilse, all these other movies are 'masterpieces' only in the SRK Universe!

Some people with disabilities/handicaps try to cover them up by being extra mean and acidic about everything in life...Their Mantra is 'offense is the best defense' ! I thought Bauaa showed that very well with his acidic tongue and mean nature!

Pehchaan- No,he is back on earth after 15 years. That's how the film ends. Also, magically, Anushka's voice becomes normal during the closing voiceover.😆

@cricfan- Very true but I wasn't talking about him being mean but these small dialogues here and there which sounded very cheap due to his diaogue delivery.

That's SRK brand along with stretching the arms(which for the life of me, never understood how it became so popular...In fact until I came to IF, I thought it was generally seen as SRK's OTT acting)😆

Nothing wrong with how you feel but don't try to blame audience and act like everyone is so dumb that they can't comprehend what's going on. The film didn't make sense in a lot of parts and was horribly put together. A lot of reviews I have read said the same thing. No one is saying the love story of disabled people is keeping the film down. In fact, it was endearing. However, what didn't make sense to me was just because Anushka was disabled, why did she have to fall for an idiot character like SRK. Like she couldn't fall for someone in her department and actually marry him...yeah...wasn't there some lead to that?

It just didn't make sense, and a lot of people are getting tired of illogical stories (at least that's my view on it).
