and on the other you are calling Anushka an actress (who cant even boast of having a beautiful face like Ash or Kat inspite of which who Yashraj films chose from heaven knows how many newbies for her debut and has done extremely well) a below average actress. really.

how do you know how cerebral palsy people all act? you think they all act in one uniform way? and tell us, HOW is Anu not giving respect to these patients. is she making fun of them? at least she is taking up a role like this instead of shaking her bum at the audience and making coy eyes at the hero in the name of acting.

Im a medical student and no, Anu has not yet done anything to demean patients with cerebral palsy. So i would rather watch the film first

I feel she is not that convincing and natural. But let's wait for the movie to release.

She is an average actress who is quite overrated. Her gujju girl role in JHMS and that role in sui dhaga were OTT.

The only good performances of anu I can think of is BBB & NH14.

Most BW actors can't do justice to roles that involve disability and the filmmakers aren't well quipped to make movies on such subjects. At least from the ones I've seen. They usually end up going so overboard and almost caricature. So I don't have high hopes from Anushka either.

If anyone knows any good BW films that convey disabilities in a good manner where the actor acts well too, feel free to let me know. I can only think of Margarita with a straw right now in which Kalki did a commendable job.
