When Simi asked Karan about his marriage plans, Kajol pulled his legs by saying that Kjo will get married to a guy and Kjo said a fortune teller made a prediction he would marry a north Indian girl (which got his father excited), but he can't imagine him getting married. So even back then he knew about his orientation and his close ones were aware that he was gay. So I don't think he had romantic feelings for Kajol. It was purely a platonic relationship.

He had a crush on Twinkle when they were in school. So he was quite young when he was in love with Twinkle.

Never watched kjo kajol on it. Only ever watched the rekha epi and bacchans and hr and suzanne on ytube. People were really uncomplicated back then.

Maybe you are right...i was not aware that all his close ones knew of his orientation from that long ago.
