Like I said, there's a way to word a sentence. The way he said 'these Indians' was downright offensive. If he had brains, he'd have written "I prefer foreign players to many Indians on the team", or "Foreign players are better compared to the ones we have right now".

Instead, he wrote "these Indians". That's bound to trigger someone.

After watching the video couple of times, I am pretty sure the comment said, I prefer watching English and Australian cricketers than these Indian ...cricketers. In his haste to reply to the insult, Virat dropped the word cricketers. It might sound unpatriotic but its that person's preference.
