Why would any respectable journalist release blind items? I know nobody in Indian media has any ethics but there's no point in releasing blinds if a real sourced news story is about to come out.

The journalist may not have leaked it. But people in media will know that XYZ actress is speaking to someone in the media. Maybe they are speculating. It's like how media people knew that Farrow was doing a piece on Weinsten but no one knew what it was.
