Because those who are actually guilty always get away because people reaction to these type of blinds/anonymous accusations are always like volcano. At first people get angry reading this, and than when someone puts a logical defense of how can you prove these accusations, majority of the people get disinterested. The issue remains a rumor/accusation without any conclusion. And the guilty accused will continue as he is.

While it is victims of false accusations go through harassment and emotional trauma.

See, if people want to talk, they can do so. That's on them, if it's true or not. BUT, there is a pattern here as you can see it...these creeps have been known to be this way and yet no one did anything to stop them...All these names coming have been known to be perverts...Except that Varun Grover guy, who has defended himself...I feel sorry for all of these women and I feel lucky and grateful that nothing like what happened to them happened to me...by the grace of God...

If it is not true, then it will be proven since these are anonymous accounts of what could have happened...no one is paying dust to these accounts anyway unless more than one person comes forward and say its credible...

but so far none of the guilty men have come out to say that Yes, I did rape her or Yes, I did harass...they will never accept because while doing it, they thought they had a right to. Look at Sajid and Subhash Ghai...they are freaking guilty but u think they will accept what they did?

As for Luv, you see what kind of films he makes right? And his heroine right now, has been sleeping with him for roles...she is probably feeling the heat now since I am sure more stories will come out about him...imagine giving urself up to sleep with the director only to realise u had a choice not to do so...that's quite something!😕

I guess this means Ranbir will be dropping out of Luv Ranjan's next movie. RK's fans should rejoice because I don't think many of them wanted that movie in the first place.

Actually most of them are not anonymous at all. There's this group on twitter...people with a lot of following especially journalists and stuff. These victims are submitting their accounts through personal messages to the people in the group. So these people have the real identity and posting legit accounts anonymously on their twitter. if the accused wants to pursue legal action then it can be done.

On the other hand I want to say even if women name themselves openly and put their accounts. There's never enough tangible proof for such incidents. How does one record their sexual harassment? Its very intangible. which is why many to this date still don't speak up! It's hard to prove unless many women come in support too..

AIB ones were proofs if you mean the screenshots. Well yeah it is easy to out SM personalities because many of them do chutiyapa on SM only like snapchat, whatsapp, tinder.
But people who have more power and not popular on SM, it is hard to find such proofs except more women, men coming out with accounts of SH.

Yes, this is the main issue. Sexual harassment is very hard to prove unless it was an actual rape and testing is done right away. For lesser things, there is no proof except if cameras were recording which is not the case in most places.

I don't know if India has a statute of limitations but it must. Cases cannot even filed after a certain time. If the incident is too old, you're out of luck.

Even for someone like Cosby, it literally needed 50 or 60 women coming forward before they were able to get enough proof to convict him in court.

Most of them will get away with this and there won't be legal repercussions but hopefully they will lose their jobs and livelihoods and rot somewhere.
