I don't know if India has a statute of limitations but it must. Cases cannot even filed after a certain time. If the incident is too old, you're out of luck.

Even for someone like Cosby, it literally needed 50 or 60 women coming forward before they were able to get enough proof to convict him in court.

Most of them will get away with this and there won't be legal repercussions but hopefully they will lose their jobs and livelihoods and rot somewhere.
