These Subhash Kapoor allegations have existed for 4 years. There are even videos to go with it. Aamir still chose to work with him in spite of knowing what was going on.

Huffington Post was going live with another story on Subhash Kapoor tomorrow. They reached out to Aamir. He had no option but to get out of Mogul.

In any case, at least the #metoo movement is forcing people to get rid of these guys. Otherwise, they would never have. There is just too much pressure right now so they have no other option.

It's Bhai fan base. It's big and very loyal to him. He turned in a crappy movie like a Race 3 and it still did over 150cr.

It's not about money or career. It's about life. Bhai has mafia/mob connections. Even the term Bhai is used originally by these Mumbai and Dubai dons. Everyone will keep up the appearance of friendship with Bhai and Sanjay Dutt for this reason.

These guys killed Gulshan Kumar and shot Rakesh Roshan. Sanjay Dutt was recorded telling a don to 'fix' Govinda. There were tapes with Salman threatening Aishwarya about the same. The tapes were supposedly declared fake but I highly doubt it. Even Ash's new family kisses up to Salman after all she went through. Jaya even comes on TV saying he should not go to jail every time something happens in his court cases.

Aamir Khan has walked out of Gulshan Kumar's biopic Mogul which was to be directed by Subhash Kapoor. Here's what the director said about Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao's decision.

Aamir Khan announced today through a statement he shared on social media that he is opting out of a film as someone associated with the project has been accused of sexual misconduct. While Aamir did not name the person, he indicated Mogul director Subhash Kapoor who has been accused by Geetika Tyagi of molestation. Actress Geetika Tyagi had accused the Jolly LLB director of 'dragging her' and 'forcing himself on her' at a party in 2012. Subhash Kapoor was arrested and later released on bail.

Geetika Tyagi had shared a video in which she is confronting Subhash Kapoor and his wife. She slaps the director in the video after breaking down and discussing the sexual interaction he had with her. She is seen saying in the video that it will take time for her to overcome the trauma that she has gone through. Aurangzeb director Atul Sabharwal is seen encouraging Geetika. Subhash Kapoor reacted to Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao dissociating themselves from the film.

He said, "I understand and respect Aamir khan's and Kiran Rao's decision. Since matter is subjudice, i intend to prove my innocence in the court of law. But I do want to raise a question - is secretly filming a crying woman without her consent and knowledge and uploading it on social media not harassment or abuse? Or is it fine if she is related to someone who is "allegedly accused"of a mis conduct. If your answer is latter then for me it's nothing less then a khaap panchayat mentality."

Geetika also reacted to Aamir Khan's decision and said that it is commendable and that she is thankful to Aamir and Kiran for taking a stand.

Bingo! Both Aamir/Kiran and HR had no option but to disassociate themselves with shamed sexual predators. Anyway I suppose thats a shade better than Housefull cast and crew which simply ignored allegations against Nana Patekar.

I also read film industry is putting up a committee to look into sexual harassment cases. Committee consists of people like Kiran Rao, Apoorva Mehta etc. All cliquey who always knew about it and did nothing till it was cool. They should all stick to their page 3 parties and European vacations instead of pretending to be smart and socially aware. Better leave all this to people who understand the industry better bottom up.

Amir is the one whi kept quite/refused to comment on nana-tanu's controversy...when he had no option in this case he backed out..? Otherwise it seems he has no problem ..just like how he worked with AB inspite of knowing how he assaulted god knows how many but amrita singh ,deepika(if iam bot wrong )etc.,Are the known names in the list...what a hypocrite !
