Chunky may not be a big star but he and his wife hang out in the same crowd as Karan. Kjo maybe obnoxious and a snob but he still is very close to flop actresses like Neha Dhupia, Sophie who has no film family connections so it would not surprise me that he is close to Chunky. Social climbing can get you very far I tell you. And Ananya is pretty.

But Neha the bitchy gossip monger is totally his type. And Sophie the omnipresent probably tells him everything that happened at every party.

In other words social climbers. Exactly my point. Chunky and Bhavna are pretty tight with everyone from SRK and Gauri, Akshay and Twinkle, Farah Khan, Salman . They are seen in almost all the big, bollywood parties. Last year there was a rumor that Salman was going to launch Ananya. So it is evident that Chunky's got good connections in bollywood. I feel that Chunky and Bhavna being part of the same social circles as Karan is the reason he agreed to launch Ananya.
