When did Tanushree Dutta reignited this issue? Around 25th September?

See what I have found... these are 2 news items before she brought up the issue:

I still see hint of truth in Tanushree's version. But these news items make me question her intentions to bring this up now. But anyway whoever has done anything wrong has to pay.

I was reading that article of her doing steamy hot scenes with actors on a movie. She REFUSED to do those scenes with Jimmy but agreed to do the same HOT scenes with Rahul Khanna. Good for her for choosing which one that can touch her and do hot scenes with. But didn't the script had those scenes? she should've told the director before beginning the movie that she's willing to do those scenes with Rahul and not jimmy. I didn't know as an actress, you can pick and choose who to do those scenes with and why are you signing up for the movie anyways?

I only remember her in two movies, one movie with shahid and the other movie was Emraan hashimi and she did those hot scenes with emraan.

Maybe she had certain boundaries with intimate scenes and the ones with Jimmy crossed the line and the ones with Rahul and Emraan didn't. Anycase if a woman for whatever reason doesn't want to get touched the story should end right then and there. She shouldn't have to explain herself. As she said she had started to get bad vibes from Nana from the beginning of the shooting. Way before the item number and intimate scene happened. He would find excuses to have some kind of physical contact with her. That was why she was scared of doing the intimate scene with him because she felt he would take advantage of it.

How can you do "Intimate scene" in front of Media persons and 400 crew members? Rakhi Sawant maybe not so educated and loud but she made Valid points here. Media cannot be the Judge and Jury.

She has even questioned version of Janice Sequera. And now reading her tweets again, she is right. Janice also only "assumed" that "something may have happened". She never said she saw what actually happened. Also, how can Media expect Bollywood stars to take sides on such a Sensitive issue? Nobody knows the Truth. It took place between 2 people some 10 years back. So, we cannot simply jump into a Mob frenzy and tarnish someone's character at one go. We must be very careful and our words.

Again in India, and many other places, women get molested in buses and huge crowds. That normally doesn't make the atmosphere any safer. Even if she didn't want to do an intimate scene in private with him that was her right. Rakhi Sawant is a hypocrit. She complains no one took her seriously during the Mika scandal and she herself mocks other victims.

That is between strangers. But here, two people are working on a Item song and supposed to dance together in a Duet song. How do we know what happened? It is a very grey area between professional n personal space. It is not as if Nana Patekar took her to some Private place or made any advances when shot was off. So how do we know if it is a overreaction or harassment.

Jimmy Shergill is also a very decent man. So, dont say he also made her uncomfortable. I also read somewhere that she had slapped someone at an event and made another female producer wait. It cannot be that everyone is bad and only she is right?

These days, we cannot trust anybody. We better wait and watch.

She hasn't come back to accuse Jimmy Shergill of anything. So let's keep that part out of it. Yes even in a song there are boundaries. Especially when you add in an intimate scene or request for one when there was no mention of such when an actress first signed a film, that is fishy. She does claim of him making physical contact with her off camera too. Watch the interview carefully.

Honestly, I till this day have not bashed Rakhi for anything. But she was an IDIOT in the second interview. What does Tanushree being homeless or a drug addict (even if she was one) have to do with sexual harassment? Those people deserve justice in these cases too. It seems like she was personally offended about the comment Tanushree made about being replaced by a classless person and she wanted to get even with her. I am here to defend Bollywood? She honestly thinks Bollywood deserves blind defense even if its wrong? People should sit back and worship it? She made no sense what so ever.

Nana Patekar Announces Press Conference After Denying Tanushree's Sexual Harassment Allegations

Nana Patekar is currently in Jaisalmer, shooting for his upcoming film, Housefull 4, with Farah Khan, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, and others. The actor hasn't said much about the sexual harassment allegations made against him former actress Tanushree Dutta. In an interview with Mirror Now, he first mentioned that he thinks of this issue as a waste talking'. Then, his lawyer told India Today that they are in a process of sending a legal notice to Tanushree demanding her apology. Now, Nana has talked to Navbharat Times and said that while he's currently shooting in Rajasthan, he will soon come back and organised a press conference on the matter.

As reported by the daily, Nana said that he is ready to face the camera and answer all the curious media questions. He said that he has a reputation in the industry. He also maintained he hasn't harassed Tanushree and denied all the allegations made by her. Nana's statement read, "I am shooting in Jaisalmer currently. As soon as I return to Mumbai around October 7/ 8, I am going to organise a press conference. You can ask me anything on the issue then. I have nothing to hide. It depends on you which side of the story you want to believe. Do you think I am that bad a person? Don't people know about me? I don't want people to respect my behaviour.

He added, "I don't do a lot of dance scenes in my films. Why would I then ask anybody to include inappropriate steps in a dance performance? In this situation, I can either say that she (Tanushree) is lying or I can drag her to the court for disreputing my image. What else can I do? However, I'll make sure I talk about all this once I am back. All I hope is that people won't make any judgment till they hear what I have to say. (converted from Hindi to English)

Each and Everyone is giving different versions. NONE of them seems to know what actually took place. Neither Janice nor Daisy. All are saying "Kuch tho hua hoga".

Janice is saying, she was there and didnot know what happened. Goons were there.

Daisy is saying, Media was called (why would producers call media if they were wrong) and due to the traffic mess Tanushree car shield got scratched.

Rakhi says, she was on drugs for 4-5 hours and thats why did not open the door. So all got worried and tried to break the door. She also said that one camera broke and something happened.

Tanushree blamed the media on that day too for the ruckus in old video. But, makes no mention of it now at all. She says MNS goons called by Nana Patekar created the ruckus.

Media reports of 2008 says her secretary broke a camera in a scuffle with Media and reporters blocked their car as they wanted her to pay for the damages. Some reports say she said Choreographer added some steps on behest of Nana. Some reports say Tanushree spent a night at Police Station.

It is funny how everyone is giving their own version. Forget about what happened between her and Nana, there are Multiple versions about the crowd and how the car got damaged! Let us see what Nana says on Oct 7/8.
