The week of the 28th of September is upon us! 😃 (sorry if this thread is a bit premature 😳). As a fan, I'm bursting with excitement. 😆

All the very best to Mauji and Mamta, apna Varun and Anushka, for the newest release - may it take them to greater heights. I hope Team Sui Dhaaga, especially Maneesh and Sharat, reap rewards for the hard work they've put into this film. ❤️⭐️

Sui Dhaaga: Made in India, that brings onto the big screen the fresh pairing of Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma, has created a good amount of buzz ahead of its release. Can the film earn Rs 100 crore?

Sui Dhaaga: Made in India, that brings onto the big screen the fresh pairing of Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma, is less than two days away from hitting the silver screen. Thanks to its impressive trailer, unique subject and a brilliant marketing campaign, the film has created a good amount of buzz ahead of its release. The scenario looks favourable for the film vis--vis its performance at the box-office. To understand in detail the business prospects of the film, we got in touch with film exhibitor Akshaye Rathi.

"What really needs to be looked at in this film is the overall setup the fresh pairing of Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma, Aditya Chopra as the producer and Sharat Katariya as the director, who delivered a hit in the form of Dum Laga Ke Haisha despite the film not being an outright commercial product. Most of all, the film is about the pride of being an Indian. If the theme of the film connects with the psyche of the audience, it can do wonders at the box-office, Akshaye said about the film.

But does it have the potential to become the tenth Rs 100 crore-film this year?

"As I said, if the theme connects with the viewers, it can easily do Rs 100 crore. Having said that, Rs 75 crore-Rs 80 crore is a definite. (Sui Dhaaga: Anushka Sharma brings velvet back into style with this green pantsuit)

Sui Dhaaga: Made in India will compete against Pataakha at the box-office. The film, produced by Maneesh Sharma and Aditya Chopra under the film production banner of Yash Raj Films, will hit the screens on September 28.

Wow the review thread is already here, super excited and also nervous😆. I think we will start getting reviews by tomorrow evening from uae and also screening for Bollywood people will happen tomorrow.
