No, he isn't. I'd be hard pressed to name any truly good looking actor in BW. Even the actors that are said to be good looking are slightly above average at best, but because they look better in comparison to the rest it seems like they're more good looking than they actually are.

Yes Ranbir is good looking. His Casanova image is doing lot of damage to him and he needs to get out of it. Sanju became blockbuster but because of his misconduct he has rubbed people the wrong way and isn't getting due credit

What I noticed is that Indian people or let say countries with mostly dark/brown skin citizens they call fair skin people good looking or girls as beautiful when it's actually not the case.
Comeing to ranbir he is definitely such case. I laughed when I read chocolate boy when they referred to ranbir 😆 still beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. I find most of the actors in Bollywood average looking but their persona adds a Lot to come across as charming at least but in some cases it makes them even look worse. In both the cases RK doesn't fit the bill for me. He is there but don't care neither I would say he is good looking or his personality is appealing
