Wasn't there articles about this Tiger casting weeks ago and then KJo tweeted that the media is writing BS. Of course people just blamed Ranveer's PR. But Filmfare (which is fairly reliable) was the first to write about Ranveer- KJo working together so I knew it wasn't Ranveer's PR. Also I think RK is the one that rejected this.

As if Sultan would have been the same blockbuster with Jacqueline or Sonakshi. But whatever works for you. 😆

As of date, Alia is the only big star in this film.I was surprised by how taken even the older audience was with her in Raazi. But she has till now been seen in urban rom coms or these films where she is the lead star. Brahmastra, Kalank and Takht are her move towards event films. Let's see if she has the same appeal as a Deepika doing Ghoomar.

Raazi was a film,that needed kangana,PC..or DP.They would have taken it to another level..both in BO and appreciation.Meghana made a good film..but she missed out on the casting

Think kalank with Mads,sonakshi and Deepika

Taqt with Bebo Bhumi and Deepika

Brahmastra with Deepika.

Replace Alia in any film..it gets better.

When did I say, Deepika isn't the bigger star? In fact try this,

Takht with Priyanka, Deepika and Alia. Sounds truly grand. And we haven't even added any male super stars yet. This sounds like a film that can compete with KKKG or KANK.

Imagine Kalank with Madhuri, Deepika and Alia. Grand!

But clearly, no stars are ready to work with Karan Johar. So he had to settle for Ranveer, and now he can't find a big heroine or a second hero. Thus they only have Alia to add some box office pull to the film. 😛
