This action hero was the first choice for negative role of this filmmaker's recently announced most ambitious multi-starrer. But he outrightly declined the offer which the director didn't like at all. That role is now being played by the filmmaker's new favorite. #BlankStory

Why would Tiger or Prabhas agree to play the second lead to a smaller star? He should have signed Ranveer for the second lead and Prabhas as the hero.😛

The south superstar rejects second lead role.

P.s: I also think Aurangzeb's character will be stronger than Dara Shikoh but then also depends on how the writers will write them.

I thought casting Dara will be a problem..If Dara was an unsung hero..I can understand.but he lost the throne ,because of his stupidity..and Aurangzeb,was obviously the more capable one,It was a war of succession.The eldest son is not the first in line for the throne.

They dont trust Kjo with the material..or any actor would jump at playing Aurangzeb.

All blinds make it sound like everyone said no when they heard the script. You would think Karan Johan's name would be enough to attract big stars.

At least, he has Alia. She will lend some credibility to the film.😛

yesteryear stars and Khan's were so secure compared to the new generation...

I am glad all these actors rejected the role and it landed upon the most deserving one...only disappointment is RK not doing it because if he was doing the part both characters would have been explored equally and both would have got equal prominence..but it's better this way for the benefit of both stars fandom I feel😆...now my only concern is Vicky's character getting sidelined...

The acting department of this movie is strong..now if the screenplay and direction also turns out fine,then the movie will be huge.

Alia has become like Sonakshi after her spate of hits.Fans of co-stars..and janta groan at the thought.She makes the film less exciting for the janta.

I remember when you said that same thing for Anushka. And how Sultan would flop because it has Anushka. 😆

The Takht poster had seven names. KKKG had six, KANK had five, KHNH had four and ADHM three. Yet somehow, Takht sounds smaller than all of them.

But perhaps you are right. Deepika Padukone has bailed SLB out thrice with her dance songs and her looks. Takht will determine if Alia is a star 😛

Salman is too big a star..and Sultan turned out to be one of the loved films of salman.

but did it do ANYTHING for Anushka?

P.S. Did any film do anything for Anushka.She had nothing for 2 years after BBB.She then did a 2nd lead role in JTHJ.She works even in miniscule roles in A list films..but never B films..That is her secret of being taken,when no one else is available
