They are good directors but they are not good with huge budgets. They deliver RGV ki aag or BombayVelvet when given big budget allocation.

Karan is too shallow a person to handle this subject well. It has many layers to it and is complex and complicated equation in a family with regards to power. He and Ekta are people who have lived in the south bombay cocoon all their lives and really do not know the variations world has to offer on the basic level.
