thats what I am saying...that IF anyone argues that they probably didnt want to go, that would mean as an insult of Indian High Commission and thereby the government... such invitations are very high profile and hence very important to attend... so its evident that they weren't invited and Anushka got the invitation ONLY courtesy Virat and whatever maska polish they are doing to the government, off-late...

Virat and Anushka are being bashed mercilessly and rightly so. Anushka was obviously invited and there's nothing wrong in attending an event she was invited to. But she could've easily avoided being in the photo. All she had to say is Sorry I cannot be in this picture because this is an official photograph and only the team should be in it. Simple.

And what surprises me is that nobody realized what a disaster this is going to be?

And someone posted an official photo with family members standing in the front. Come on! You really can't see the difference between the 2 pictures?

Anushka is the only non-cricket member in the pic whereas the other one had a couple of family members of various players in it.

And what really annoys me is the power position she holds in the picture. Right in the centre and right beside the captain. There's something disturbing about it. Cricket is important for me and everybody in this country and anyone even a (supposed)superstar/producer/award winning film actor cannot intrude. It's sacrilegious.

Are they the family members of the players? Those people were also there with the WI cricket team so was wondering if they are related to the Ind team or part of the Indian High Commission.

I find them annoying when cos they often try to portray themselves as a power coupe which they are not and always grab media attention ... Anushka very wel knows what she is doing... stay outta the official process of Cricket...

You can actually sense the hierarchy. Only a matter of time till they start addressing the couple as Sir/Ma'am from Bhaiyya bhabhi. 😆

On a lighter note, if she was going to be in the picture, she couldn't have stood anywhere else since she would stand beside Virat only being his wife. 😆 Anyway, these both together are annoying.
