Well there's multiple issues... they were originally supposed to start shoot in Vancouver, Canada but because of the US-Canada trade war going on it's not as feasible so they're looking at other options. Someone mentioned reworking the script too. They have a lot of work ahead of them and don't think they'll be able to make the June 28, 2019 deadline without it being rushed. It will probably move to the second half of 2019. Priyanka knows this too, that's why she hasn't said anything about Cowboy Ninja Viking at all yet. At an event yesterday Priyanka said I can only talk about The Sky Is Pink, everything else is up in the air right now.

Maybe she saw Salman's first look for Bharat and didn't think he can pull it off? Maybe she felt Bharat was becoming an over-crowded mess? maybe she lost faith in the project? Maybe TSIP has better content than Bharat? Who knows! Could be anything! Ultimately it's her choice. Either Bharat will flop big time or will add another hit for Katrina while people give all the credit to Salman. Maybe Priyanka has other goals than just that.
