Are people ignoring this comment? Sanam teri kasam was a love story and it was beautiful. I don't know what is considered great by majority, usually seems to be old SRK movies. In recent times I think Badrinath ki dulhaniya was pretty good. Bariley ki Barfi also centered around romance and it did the love story justice. I personally liked Meri Pyari Bindu but I know it's an unpopular opinion.

October isn't romantic movie, it is more of an exploration of love of a human towards another human with no romantic undertone.

Kaisa romance chahiye aur😆. Your yardstick for romance is too strict. Except KJO's cliches, you will not find any good full fledged romance I think.

Off topic - Work place treatment towards man. Females have more advantage.you can easily get away by saying sorry. i dont have any problem with that though its how the world works.

YJHD.
That movie is what feels are made of.
It's not path breaking but it has all the flavors of a good romantic movie that one can watch again and again(I wanted many more but you get the gist)

Ahh! Now I feel like watching YJHD
As Naina says- Yaadein mithai ke dibbe ki tarah hoti hain, ek baar khola toh bas ek tukda nahi kha paaoge.
