On the request of a dear friend 😳 n with similar intentions, i'm opening this interesting poll...

Ayan mukherji is one of the talented directors n both his movies were immensely loved by public. the female characters (all 4 of them were very well received) Ayan worked hard on their characters more as Ranbir's character had shades from WUS. So which is your favourite act directed by Ayan mukherji. m sure Alia's character in bhramastra shall be giving a solid punch

I really loved kalki kochein as the fiesty aditi..and shikha talsania as Sid's best bud...just wish her role was a little longer otherwise she was so natural as if if u can spot someone like her in your own college...

but my vote shall goes to Konkona Sen Sharma for Aisha hands down. if I put the popularity factor she stands no chance against Deepika's character by obvious reasons..but the way ayan wrote n presented aisha's character was simply superb. being a young dude at such a tender age he managed to get inside the brain n heart of a woman n the character looks so believable.

now all over to you guys...

Konkona...anyone who has seen WUS would know how Imp was she to the story...her pairing with Ranbir was simply adorable and that scene is just wow when he splashes water on her, and then her feelings change for Sid...

YJHD is actually an extension to WUS..Ayan said that he was not happy with BO performance of WUS so he made YJHD with the addition of item songs and more drama..but without a doubt...WUS is a far far better movie.

Konkona by a mile ⭐️ Koko and RK made such a lovely unconventional pair

WUS was a much better film than YJHD but the latter had all the commercial aspects to make it a BB, with superhit songs and beautiful locales and a bigger cast

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Might Be Entertaining, but Don't Take Life Lessons from It

Naina and her typical filmi makeover is sexist.

Remove the glasses and the girl becomes hotter. It's one of the oldest film tropes. It's also supremely insulting. Naina is a stereotypical character. She's the nerd with glasses, in love with the bad boy, who grows up to become a hot doctor. And the moment she loses the glasses, she also becomes infinitely more attractive to Bunny. She has no other purpose in the film except to remind the man-baby that home is not a terrible place.

It was kind of like KKHH to an extent where he became more romantically attracted to her after she started dressing more femininely and lost the glasses. It wasn't as bad. He is extremely kind to her both times. They wanted to show he wasn't into commitment until later on in life. He did kinda chose the more feminine girl Lara to hang around more over her earlier.
