Is Sanjay Dutt a misogynist?? - Page 2

This is why I've never liked Sanjay Dutt offscreen. Despite having a working mother, he has/had such misogynistic and orthodox outlook in life.

I m just really glad for Tina Munim right now.

I remember him stopping Trishala from acting saying that Sunil Dutt said its against our family rules for girls to act and all that lol...Funny how someone involved in so much filth can make such rules.

I remember this too.
I had no idea back then that his mother was an actress and a muslim who married without converting.
For such parents who paid no heed to societial rules and stuff, he really is/was stuck up.

I hate these filmy families where only men can work in films but women stay away. If it's an indecent profession then that means you're no better than whom youre looking down on and chances are you contributed to the filth. If you treated your co stars with respect you wouldn't need to ban your daughters. Will Akshay Kumar allow his daughter to act, hell no, but he will continue sleeping with all his costars.

He is a very selfish man who never cared for his first wife or his child Trishala. But he cares plenty for Maanyata and her kids. Maybe because he's old now and can't sow oats anymore.

Sanjay dutt and trishala are very close, they always hang out together, and both love each other a lot. I saw innumerable posts of trishala on Instagram, she loves Sanjay like crazy and of course Sanjay loves her too. Trishala recently spent New Years with him, manyata and the kids, she even called manyata "mama bear," Sanjay could be a misognynist, but he does love his daughter, there is is not a single interview where he doesn't mention her and says that he is so proud of her for becoming a forensic scientist. Sanjay was part of the whole college going process, he looked up colleges for her, he was adamant for her to be very well educated. Sanjay himself wanted to quit acting and raise cattle in the US when he got out of drugs. India and Bollywood wasn't really for him, he loved the openness of US. However his father insisted for him to come back to Bollywood for his sake and pride, and look what happened after? poor thing went to jail and lead a pretty dark life. However he never ever blamed his father, even though his political career ended up ruining him to quite an extent. Very often parents make choices for their kids, is that a good thing? No! Both Sunil dutt and Sanjay are wrong, but that doesn't mean they didn't love their kids. If Trishala loves her father so much and so deeply who are you and me to judge their relationship?

She wanted to become an actress much before this, Sanjay felt she is intelligent and will be wasting it in Bollywood, but I am not saying he is not a misogynist, most Indian men of his time are, I just think he loves his daughter a lot, I love their relationship.

He is a misogynist but karma hit back at him in the form of manyata 🤣
