No confirmation on Kareena Kapoor Khan returning for 'Veere Di Wedding

Following the success of Veere Di
Wedding' (2018), which features Sonam
Kapoor Ahuja, Kareena Kapoor Khan,
Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania,
news is that a sequel is already being
discussed.
Reported on TOI, if the sequel is to go
ahead then Kapoor Ahuja and Bhasker's
roles have been confirmed, but there
hasn't been any detail given on whether
Kapoor Khan will be returning for a
second instalment, though a source has
said that the makers are in talks with
Bebo.
Veere Di Wedding' (2018) is a story
about four friends who reunite after a
decade for Khilandi's (Kapoor Khan)
wedding and realise so much has
changed, and deal with the many trials
and tribulations of life surrounding
family, marriage and acceptance within
the society. The film received mixed
reviews, but still performed well at the
box office.
