why should some one with 6 back to back successes retire

he may not have given highest grossers but his movies have consistently off late made good profits and that is what counts

those who should retire have retired..people like sunil shetty who akki once used to play second lead to..he has come a long way and on his own

No.

He maintains himself. Does not have a tond like Salman who was once known for BW fitness. Does not take his stardom for granted but uses it to make socially relevant movies. He does not stock his films with nalayaks. His films get BO despite social message.

He is a responsible actor. So he deserves to stay.

Not everybody has to be at the top or they should retire. There's a middle ground, some people can be just good or okay acting or BO wise. Why should they completely quit? That is silly.

Also, as proved by Race 3, everybody has their limitations and some people are better at certain things than others regardless of how successful they are comparatively. The kind of movies Akshay does, a Salman or a Shah Rukh may not suit them that much. Akshay has made a place for himself, whether through comedy or action or patriotic movies. I don't think there's anyone in the Khans or in the younger lot yet who can replace him.

TZH doesn't deserve to be listed alongside them tel awful movies. It was pretty good
