I always thought Zoya was such a selfish character. She never resonated with me. I suppose one could like her for her independence and headstrong nature but she was such a bad person overall.

The others are Ratna Pathak Shah's and Shabana Azmi's characters from K&S and Neeraja respectively.
There is also Vidya Baghchi from Kahaani.

Same!

Adding to the list
Aisha of wake up sid
Sona from Luck by chance
Shruti Kakkad BBB (surprised I forgot it when she's actually do relatable)

One isn't suppose to only like positive characters 😊. What I liked was that she was different from what we usually see in Bollywood. Here she was looking all beautiful and innocent but being so selfish and cunning that she brought about tragedies.

The character was really well-written because that's the kind of girl who are mentioned in the news 😆
I loved that she was selfish and mean. That she didn't give a f*ck about anyone and made her decisions and desires come first. 😆

Okay. Actually I interpreted the question to mean which character I actually liked, someone I would like in real life. But yeah it could also be how well a character was written and that way I see it. 😊 Like how some villains are very well sketched out and acted and that makes them great characters but in real life, I would personally dislike them.

Meenamma from CE
Piku from Piku
Zoya from Raanjhanaa
Nisha from HAHK
Devasena from Baahubali
Pooja from Dil hai ki maanta nahi

Ps- contrary to what most people believe, I think zoya was a lot more innocent. Yes, she was headstrong and manipulative but if it were not for her pure heart and conscience, she wouldn't have handed herself over to the police at the end of the film. This is just one aspect, there are many more such facets to her. Even 5 years after the film's release, Zoya's character and her actions still makes me ponder about human psychology and how society and upbringing influences it. Well, anyway. Noone here will get what i am saying or worse, think I am being pseudo unless they are a Raanjhanaa/Zoya enthusiast.😆
