Yes. Lagaan. Although Sarfarosh should've been the movie.

Amir's Ghajini was what brought him back in the game in the second half of 2000s. I remember hearing about all kind of records it was breaking that time and people going to watch the movie 2/3 times in a row. But then the stage was getting prepared from RDB times only, the pull of huge masses. Hirani survived Sanju and flop Ranbir's career. Not Amir's.

before munna bhai he had ek aur ek gyarah and it wasn't a flop even acc to boi its below average and as you said tubelight isnt a flop then neither is 1+1=11

And jodi no 1 was a hit between he had 5 releases

in this case i truly oppose such directors .. who makes biopics on lives of such people ... whereas we are having so many icons in this country who deserves a biopic like Major dhyanchand etc ... who did something for our country and not like this 🤢
