Prernaa Arora from KriArj Entertainment has been making headlines constantly this year, and not for the right reasons. She has had legal battles with Kedarnath director Abhishek Kapoor, John Abraham for Parmanu, and now she has been sued by Anushka Sharma.
According to a report in Filmfare, she hasn't paid the actress the last installment for the horror film Pari. Anushka has slapped a case on her.
The problem with Prernaa seems to be the same in all the projects that she has been involved in, Kedarnath, Fanney Khan, Batti Gul Meter Chalu and Parmanu.
The makers and crew have complained about her defaulting on payments constantly. Prernaa's KriArj was ousted from Kedarnath, Parmanu and Batti Gul Meter Chalu.
Launched with the promise of a rosy future, KriArj hit the iceberg pretty soon. When many had their faith intact in Prernaa and her vision, KriArj got caught in too many controversies, too soon.
