I personally loved it like anything (evident in my UN hunhh😆) felt the character Dan at times overpowered the film itself anyway underperformer hi sahi it still is the Most acclaimed film of the year (infact last few years)

I finally watched October on Amazon Prime. Varun was damn good. Pitch perfect in every way. Not overacting like Ranveer in Padmaavat or Ranbir in Sanju. What a fantastic supporting cast in Banita, the actress who played her mother and also the other friends, Asthana, Varun's mom. What lovely cinematography. All thanks to Shoojit.

You can slice and dice it any way you want, but October is still an OUTRIGHT flop! so stop being so obstinate/belligerent and shading members with opposing viewpoints! And also quit trying so hard to convince people that October is a successful venture because it's far from it. 🥱

2ndly u completely missed the point there😆 and I was talking about legit critics review not anyones personal views, 99% critics said Varun overshadowed Alia in Badri through n through, or how October was all about Varun n Dan, yeah I have no qualms in admitting that Nawaz (in his forte) overshadowed a 3 film old Varun as per some critics, and frankly IMO its one thing to get overshadowed by one of the best actors of country like Nawaz then to get overshadowed by likes of Anu, DP(in 2nd fiddle role in Tamasha)

3rdly BOI verdict isnt out yet but I can assure u October won't be an "Outright Flop"😆 at worst it may get Below Avg verdict, besides Taran, Komal, Koi moi etc have already given it Avg/Success verdict, baki as you wish coz no one is Doodh ka dhula/dhuli😆

I dont think taran has given any verdict on october, he stopped tweeting about october's collections after 1 or 2 weeks i dont remember.
