Plus, there's no way she will hike her fee now with KJo launching 4 other people, 3 of which are industry girls. KJo gave an interview saying he would handhold Ishaan and Janhvi for as long as they wish which are some warning bells. For the last 6 years, Alia was the only girl Dharma had. They could fit her in any project, whereas they had many more male actors...now the ratio is more equal or skewed the other way, fewer male actors and more female actors..

It would be the wrong time to piss off KJo...he can drop her like he did Kareena when she demanded too much for KHNH. ...and someone like Alia who's had everything handed to her on a platter never learned how to work for it. I doubt she would be able to honestly.
