Did Ranbir Kapoor officially ask out Alia Bhatt on New Year's eve last

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor recently got
official about their long rumoured romantic
relationship. The duo is even coming
together for the first time in their next
Brahmastra. The first big official
appearance made by them was at Sonam
Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's grand reception
where the two arrived together and pretty
much looked in love. Not too long ago, Alia
even said in an interview that may plan to
settle down before she turns 30. All this and
more, we know that RK and Alia are very
much in a happy space together. It was
soon after that when they returned to India
and RK had informed his friends about his
relationship status.
But did you know that Ranbir Kapoor had
officially asked out Alia Bhatt long back. If
the latest reports are to be believed, the
young star asked out Alia on New Year's eve
last year. Ranbir and Alia had accompanied
director Ayan Mukerji for a recce to
Bulgaria. It was soon after that when they
returned to India and RK had informed his
friends about his relationship status. It had
all started when Alia and Ranbir started
making various public appearances to
spend quality time together which fuelled
more rumours.
In their next Brahmastra, the two will be
sharing the screen with megastar Amitabh
Bachchan.
