Sonu have this quality he can sing in any kind of voice he dont have one voice ... be it its folk singer tune like in singh sahab the great he changed his voice and u can not recogzine him in the song...although i am more of a fan of this sonu , now he try to change his voice to new trend of singing

Earlier music review critcs used to complain sonu nigam that he sing many songs but he change his voice to every song he dont sing in one voice to which sonu said main karsakta hun isleya mere sangeetkaar mujey kehte hai awaz change krne ko jo nahi karsakte thay woh nahi karsaktay or jo nahi karrhe hain woh nahi karsakte i have been ask to change my voice to diffent songs ...change of voice mean change in texture or expression like when he sing aslam bahi or sharmana chor daal raaz dil ka khol dal its different from when he sings romantic ..and in mera rang de basanti chola from legend of bhagat singh his tone is different from romantic songs ...

Kumar Sanu has F major...so all the songs which has maximum F major which be best suited for Kumar Sanu...

technically i love all the singer who sung in Bollywood...😊

Kishore and rafi had a different era , rafi songs are technically very difficult, kishore kumar too have have some very differnt song to his credit like ek chatur naar bari hosiyar and likes . that era was vocally strong but 90's songs can be rendered by any one because they are simple melody no complicated classical element just romantic lines one just need to feel the lyrics one can not compare 90 to 60's where songs like madhuban me radeka nache re or o duniya ke rakhwale or man tarpat haridarshan ko aaj were made mean it was high on classical ... that is why they are consider father of bollywood singing because they sang some real singing unlike 90's where simple tunes were being made which were lyrically attractive i remember sonu nigam said that i made a private classical album because i wasnt able to judge my capabilities as a singer in film songs because they are not so much difficult singing wise and he says the album classicaly mild was a test of singing to him 😊... Sonu can sing kumar melody songs , kumar sanu can sing sonu nigam melody songs its not different how kumar sanu can not sing songs songs like pyar dilon ka mela hai , na milo humse zyada or taal pe jab yeh zindagani chale of sonu thats what kumar sanu was singing all in his carrier ...the songs i am saying that kumar sanu would find it difficult to sing is songs with more classical element in it or songs of high range because kumar sanu had a limited range which early comment said majority of kumar sanu songs are on mid scale ...kumar sanu is a great singer but as a singer he is limited to his range that was the main point ... sonu worked hard on his voice he sing classical effortlessly and he said that i have a better vocal range now

why not ghulam ali over sonu , udit , sanu any day no one can match his ghazals ...and mehdi hasan is king undoubtedly rafi was a fan of mehdi hasan .😊 see there are people specialized in the zone but there are people who are capable enough to contribute to each and every genre likes of rafi and sonu stands there 😊

See thats what am saying, i personally would like to see the maestros in their specialized genre rather than someone that is at a basic level in comparison, thats why i give no importance to versatility because that compromises on quality, thats why i like to see playback singers do what they do best sing to their strengths

why rafi is considered God to singers not because of his playback but because of his versatility his diversity as an artist singing multiple genres 😊 mana dey said jo rafi sahab karsakte hain woh hum nahi , sonu being a rafi sucessor followed his footstep he sang playback (melody songs of 90's) and likes of differnt zone which i have mentioned earlier, its beacuse of sonu's versatility many people rank him above than other singers of his time and he get praise from across the borders likes from abida parveen she said no one is born in india and pakistan who can surpass the talent of sonu , one more pakistani legend alamgir said sonu nigam is the most sureela singer of subcontinent .. who praises a playback singer like this? mana day said to sonu that u are born in wrong era u should have been born in our era so that i could have given u healthy compitition or Sp balasubramaniyum ranked him above udit , shanu and harihran in an interview, these compliment was not for him being a romantic singer singing simple melodies of nadeem shravan or anu malik but its because of him being able to sing above his comfort zone and doing justice to the song ,...the versatility is another debate i guess but yeah sonu versatility is his plus point which make him stand out from limited romantic crooners like shanu or udit , even though udit narayan and kumar sanu have their own space but a better singer as an artist undoubtedly sonu nigam without being subjective just talent based opinion of not mines but all the legends from the past😊 😉
