I don't believe I can dedicate that kind of time now. As exciting that experience was for me, I don't have the time to nurture it now. It's a new relationship in a way. Creatively, it's an extension of what I'm doing. But a film like Padmavati is also extremely demanding in terms of time and energy. So, let's see. I will follow wherever my energies take me. Except for the last month which she spent abroad attending Times 100, MET gala and Cannes, she has spent most of the year either cooped up in her house in Mumbai or at her parents in Bangalore. I literally cannot understand what she is upto apart from the cleaning and stapling that she claims to enjoy

It has been a week since she got back from Cannes and no one has even seen her around. Her PR is pretty much dead. Wonder what is up with her😕

All I can pray is that she has an ace up her sleeve and will pleasantly surprise her fans soon.

Heard she is busy with doing interiors for the home she n RS has bought n in most probability will be their home after the wedding. I am actually taken aback coz I always thought she was very ambitious and enjoyed being a working woman. She might still work but feel its not going to be in the film industry.

Even with that success, if you cannot demand more than 10crore, I don't know what more should a female accomplish in Bollywood. Turning into producer may not be easy. All may not have business knowledge, even if they are good actors. RK could charge a high sum for BV, without turning as producer.

Next for author backed role. Alia must be lucky to get it in series as Deepika is struggling to get one. Even Rani got an author backed role. Does only new comers face nepotism problem or established actors/actresses too? (Considering how Katrina could bounce back from her dull face, after getting friendly with Salman).

Deepika's ambitions are on one side and her dreams of being a homemaker is on the other side. She had given silly interviews in 2013 that she can quit films to be a housewife. She has amended that recently but I know her children and husband will be her greatest priority even over her career.

I hope she is being wise though, putting all your eggs in one basket is risky.

What I think she is planning for Holly , but at the same time its her wedding in November/December probably so presently she's busy with that.

After her wedding she will be back just like other actresses do , tbh deepika has raised her standards and I dont want her to do insignificant roles/ make the wrong choice at this point of her career.

And being the most successful actress of her era , she cant even demand more than 10CR ? How is it fair ?

Hope she comes back soon !
