Nah i dont think Aish is overly praised for acting 😆 She gets bashed left right center up and down for her voice.

She lacks emotions while dancing but she is a good dancer like Karishma. Karishma also got ignored in Dil To Pagal Hai due to Madhuri because Madhuri puts her soul in the song which barely few heroines do. Dance is not about just shaking your legs well but you need to live the song.

Ash is a trained classical dancer and she has some spectacular numbers like Nimbuda, but I don't think she brings that part of her to the movies like Madhuri does or is a natural dancer like Sridevi who was not classically trained but a great dancer.

She is like Jayaprada to me, both classically trained and both unfortunately have some badly choreographed numbers and do not bring a joy to their dancing.

Most of Aishwarya's dances are ruined by her forced smiling like in Dola re.

some of aish's stage performances are still amazing to watch.

Aish gets unnecessary bashing & hate on this forum. But then the opinions of this forum is not a reflection of the real world. Here the likes of Tabu & Konkona are prettiest & superstars. 😆

Its a fact.. she's the most beautiful Bollywood actress ..& the only relevant actress of the 90s. Deal with it.

I wouldn't call Aish an ''underrated'' dancer. I think she's loved & appreciated for her dancing.

She is rated perfectly I feel. She is definitely better than Kat. Funny is people complaining about Ash's expressions. If so Kat should not be hailed as well. Madhuri is overrated like hell imo. She is a good dancer but the way people put others down to praise her is too much. I think underrated term will be perfect for actresses like Urmila and Rani. I don't think they are highly rated for their dance skills, eventhough they are good as well.

Katrina is a really good WESTERN dancer. Even though she did well in Chikni, you gotta admit it was a little raunchy if you compare it to Aishwarya's Ishq Kamina - Ash had a certain grace and sex appeal which wasnt too much but just right.

Madhuri is good but a tad bit overrated, I think Madhuri's USP was moreso her expressions (which I dont care for)

Aishwarya is a good balance. I dont feel that shes underrated but I feel as though she hasnt gotten the best opportunities to showcase her true dancing potential!
